Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance, calm the nervous system, and promote overall well-being.

As a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, Rochelle offers intuitive, heart-centered sessions that blend traditional Reiki principles with a deeply grounded, holistic approach to healing.

During your session, you will rest comfortably as light, intentional touch (or hands hovering just above the body) allows energy to flow where it is most needed. Many clients experience a sense of deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic clarity.

Reiki can support:

Absolutely love the Monday morning Coastal Burn class, each class is a great workout leaving a satisfying burn! I’ve taken several of Rochelle’s vinyasa classes which are all strengthening and refreshing. Also, highly recommend getting your glow with Rochelle’s spray tan, natural and gorgeous!
